7.2 Counter-Notice

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the contact details above. Your counter-notice should include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your signature.

7.3 Repeat Infringers

Trintaflow reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
